The year is 2012 and I am still in university. Between my Nintendo DS and Nintendo Wii, I am thoroughly obsessed with Animal Cossing, and when I find out a new game is being rleased for the Nintendo 3DS, I knew I couldn't miss out..
That Christms, I ask for a metallic blue Nintendo 3DS, and then I wait for six months until Animal Crossing: New Leaf is released. On June 13, 2013, my dreams come true and I get a copy of the game. I immediately begin playing with my friends. This new town is the third incarnation of The Well, and my character is, of course, Sadako.
It is the best game ever. There are more clothing options, fruit stacks in your pocket, and you can sell multiple items at once. All of my friends, both online and off, are playing the game, and we all play together. It's fantastic, absolutely fantastic.
Like in Wild World, it's not long before I am throwing extravagant parties and hosting in-game sleepovers. I screencap everything I can, and the result is this archive of 1300 pictures that show my life in Animal Crossing: New Leaf.
